Overview
DealerPro's scheduling tool lets dealership staff book appointments with customers. When you connect your own Zoom account, DealerPro automatically creates a Zoom meeting for each video appointment, keeps it in sync if the appointment is rescheduled, and removes it if the appointment is canceled — so your Zoom calendar always matches your DealerPro bookings, with no manual copy-and-paste.
How to connect
- Sign in to DealerPro and open the Scheduling module.
- Go to the Connect Zoom tab and click Connect.
- Approve the authorization on Zoom's consent screen.
- You'll be returned to DealerPro and the tab will show Connected with your Zoom email.
What it does
- Create: when you book a video appointment, a Zoom meeting is created in your account and the join link is attached to the booking.
- Update: when you reschedule the appointment, the Zoom meeting's time is updated.
- Delete: when you cancel the appointment, the Zoom meeting is removed.
Permissions we request (and why)

We request nothing beyond these. The integration does not access recordings, chat, participants, or any other Zoom users' data.
Your data
We store your Zoom user ID/email and OAuth tokens to perform the actions above on your behalf, and the meeting ID/join link on the related appointment. Tokens are used only to manage your own meetings and are never sold. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How to disconnect
- In DealerPro: Scheduling → Connect Zoom → Disconnect, or
- In Zoom: zoom.us → Settings → Installed Apps → DealerPro → Remove.
Either action deactivates and deletes the stored connection and tokens in DealerPro.
